Mobility™ AW 68 grades are fire resistant
hydraulic fluids based on organic ester. These fluids can replace phosphate esters in high
temperature applications and are recommended as control governor fluids for steam and gas
turbine.
They do not have any seal compatibility issues which are inherent in phosphate ester
fluids. These fluids not only provide improved safety as compared to mineral oil but offer
superior lubricity and antiwear properties as compared to invert emulsion (FRIE) fluids and also
mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. While changing over from invert emulsion to FRDU based
fluids care must be taken that there is no residual fluid or moisture present in the system. If
necessary the line may be flushed with mineral oil to ensure that no traces of invert emulsion
fluid remains in the system.
WATER SOLUABLE CUTTING OIL
Mobility™ Water soluable Cutting OIL Its main application is with high-speed steel tools
in practically all major cutting processes and on most metals, including difficult alloy steel. It is
more effective than ordinary emulsifiable oils in extending tool life.
Recommended concentration
is 5 to 10 % depending on the severity of machining
SEMI- SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL
Mobility™ Semi-synthetic cutting oil Medium viscosity oil specially developed for
heavy duty applications like gear hobbing, thread cutting etc.
The oil is also suitable
for all machining operations on high tensile steels and for less severe operations on
stainless and shear resistant alloys.
QUENCHING OIL
Mobility™ Quenching oil is a general-purpose quenching oil of all components
including cyanided parts Mobility™ Quenching Oilis a general-purpose quenching oil
of all components.These quenching oils are blends of refined base oils and contain no
additives.
Mobility™ Quenching Oilis recommended for general purpose quenching of
components and is particularly suitable for quenching of cyanided parts. Mobility™ Quenching
Oilis suitable in situations when lower quenching speed is
RUST PREVENTIVE OIL
Mobility™ Rust Preventive oil Premium quality oil film type rust preventives. They are
lubricating oils containing soluble corrosion Inhibitors. Mobility™ Rust Preventive
Oilpossesses moderate water displacement characteristics.
Mobility™ Rust Preventive Oilis
oil type nondrying combination lubricant cum rust preventive. Suitable for internal protection of
gearboxes, back axles, assemblies, oil and fuel tanks, IC engines etc
